Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work products, deliverables, and intellectual property created specifically for you during our engagement will be owned by you upon full payment of our fees.

Fees and Payment

Our fees are specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

Expenses

Client will reimburse reasonable expenses incurred in connection with services, including travel, accommodation, and third-party costs, as agreed in advance.

Service Warranty

We provide our services using reasonable skill and care. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our services or their suitability for any particular purpose.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
