Storage location: Data submitted via the contact form is stored in our database with Supabase, Inc. (headquartered outside the EEA). The data processing itself takes place in the EU region Frankfurt (Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Supabase.
Third-country transfer: Although the data is stored in Frankfurt, access by employees of Supabase group companies outside the EEA - in particular for support, maintenance or administrative purposes - cannot be fully ruled out. To that extent, a potential third-country transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
Storage period: Data from contact requests is deleted as soon as the request has been fully processed and statutory retention obligations do not stand in the way. Business correspondence may be subject to retention obligations of up to 6 years (§ 257 HGB) or 10 years (§ 147 AO).

IP anonymisation: The IP address is truncated through activation of anonymize_ip before further processing. We do not merge this data with other data stored by Google.

Third-country transfer: A transfer of personal data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). In addition, the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR apply.
Storage period: At user and event level, a maximum of 14 months, after which the data is deleted automatically. Aggregated reports are retained long-term.
Data Processing Agreement: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Google Ads Data Processing Terms) is in place with Google.
